SGX Pharmaceuticals is a biotechnology company focused on the discovery and development of innovative cancer therapeutics. We have an exciting opportunity for an Intern.

The Intern will join the SGX Crystallization team. Responsibilities will include preparation of protein samples, screening of crystallization conditions for leads, data entry, microscope scoring of crystallization trials (working at room temperature and 4 degrees), aliquoting screens, shipping Dewars, working with lab automation, and preparing and ordering reagents.

Candidate must demonstrate an interest in science, be hard working, conscientious and willing to learn. Previous laboratory experience or coursework in biological sciences is a plus. Good computer skills and communication skills are essential. Must be able to work full-time.
